Great stay with lovely vibes
Had an awesome stay in a cozy cottage-style room! The place was spotless and super comfy. The staff was really friendly, too. We had a great meal with massive portions. Only bummer was the wait to get served. we felt kinda ignored at times. But overall, definitely worth it!

I popped in for a hot chocolate after visiting family, and the manager Lou was so lovely—she even showed me around the quaint place! Must try the homemade pastries next time.

Charming stay with delicious breakfast
We enjoyed a comfortable night in a cozy standard double room, complete with lovely touches like fresh milk and snacks. The highlight was the breakfast, which featured a great selection including pastries and a hearty full English. The staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. it would have been helpful to know in advance about the lunch service ending early on our arrival.

Ideal spot for a small group getaway
The staff were amazingly helpful, always there when we needed them, very accommodating. After a long day, breakfast the next morning across the car park was just what we needed, delicious and ready when we arrived.
Not the cheapest option, but given the quality, it was still reasonable.

A lovely visit, perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated with rustic beams and antique furniture, creating a cozy atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the access to the garden, which added to the charm of our stay. Just a heads up, the stairs to our room were quite steep, which could be tough for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful rustic decor adds charm and character.
I was utterly appalled by the state of the bathroom. The shower holder was inadequate, and the floor was soaking wet after every use. The room itself was quaint but disgustingly tired, with stained furniture and cracked windows. It felt like I was staying in a run-down motel rather than a charming hotel. The toilet seat wouldn't even stay up, making for a frustrating experience.
